Ola Money Issue

I booked the ride and added Ola Money as the payment method. When driver arrived he asked me to cancel the ride as I have paid using Ola Money. Instead he insisted me for cash payment of the full fare. The driver has received the cancellation charge also. This is not a good thing for Ola. As, I had no other way for transportation, I agreed for the cash payment as well the cancellation cost.

Please Ola. Don’t do that with anyone else.

Ola money/KYC problem... no verification

It's been more than 15 days since I have made the request and no one ever called or I haven't received any text for the delay as well. I have requested for KYC on my doorstep with my Gurgaon address mentioned.

I booked OLA twice to get my document verified done from the OLA driver but my ola app did not generate the 6 digit OTP for KYC to share with driver both the times.
On the suggestion of your customer care representative
I decided to get the doorstep document verification done,
Now no one has ever called or texted me for it when it's been more than 15 days after putting in the request when the KYC doorstep document verification timeline mentioned in app is 7 working days!

How do I get this problem sorted?

I have added 1800 rupees OLA money in my wallet so that I can use it further with Ola money but since I can not do that till the time my document verification happens. My 1800 rupees are stuck in Ola money wallet!

User unauthorised

Most of the drivers insist to pay for the ride in cash saying that “Ola doesn’t pay us on time”. This is a big issue if we are not carrying enough cash.

Another issue regarding payment based on the above issue is, even though we select the option “pay in cash after the ride” and paid the driver cash, money is being deducted from the wallet. When I tried to withdraw and transfer the money from wallet to bank account, I’m getting “User unauthorised “ eventhough my KYC was completed already.

I face these issues regularly. Please address the same.
