Issue while adding balance to my account
I have been using this app from last 3-4 months now. During this period I have recharge my account 5-6 times, out of which 2 times I got error while adding balance to my account. Transaction was successful and 100 rupees was deducted from my bank account but balance was not added to ridlr account. 1st time I thought it might b a network issue and ignored it but it happened again with me yesterday. So now I lost total of 200 rupees till now. Ideally if balance was not added then money should get credited back to my bank account, but it does not happened. I am afraid it may happen again, so now decided to delete this App. Developer team please suggest if there is some work around.
Unable to login to account
It is a disgrace since couple of weeks back I am not able to access the ridlr account and travel. I have raised this to the support team unfortunately haven’t received any response from them. I tried calling customer care the number doesn’t exists any more. I request someone from higher management to look into this matter ASAP. There is a balance in my account which I am not able to use during Mumbai Metro travel.

Its a very nice app and must to have app for mumbai commuters!!! Saves much time!!! Quick and easy to use!!!
Just wanted to share one thing which as a user I wanted to get improved. The selection of single/return radio buttons should get preserved on changing stations which right now gets reset to single on changing station details even if I had selected return which may cause a user to book single journey even if he wanted to book return journey.
