Excellent Services by BBDaily

I moved into a society recently within Bangalore where I could see most of them subscribed to BBDaily. I went through the app and understood how the whole process works and wanted to give it a try. I have been using the services for over a month now and I must say its the best in the segment. Scheduled delivery and I have not used a better app. The design is so flawless and the interface works like magic. You want to pause, stop , cancel, order everything happens pretty easily. Its a very easy to use app. The support I have used is always the chat option which takes a TAT of around 2 minutes all the time and is overall very satisfactory.

Overall I must say that BBDAILY is a very good model which can be made use of everyday. During lockdown or post lockdown as well, if you have a general store quite away from your location or if you would like to avoid all the hassle in the morning to get milk groceries or anything rather, this is the option you should try.
Well done BBDaily. I hope the services remains the same. On the price part of it, I would say its very competitive.

Very bad attitude about of delivery people and very and customer service

I have been getting my deliveries from
Last few days in very bad condition... I did not put a bad outside for delivery but there is a huge bench right outside of our flat... many delivery people come and put my parcels/food on that bench... but these BBDaily people are literally putting milk packets and all the stuff on our door mat, where we clean our shoes before entering the flat... I have complained to customer service, I sent them pictures as well but that is even worse, they keep telling me “put the bag outside, put the bag outside” they keep repeating it....
arey I don’t want to put a bag, why would I put the bag when there is a good size of bench there, just put my order on it .... I have been facing this issue from last more than a month but I thought may be this happened by mistake and they won’t do it again... but Noooo it’s just keep happening... yesterday i talked one if their customers service guy and he/she told me that this would not repeat again. But guess what, it happened, it happened before yesterday and it happened Today again... in my previous society never faced this kind of issue, they always put stuff on my bench , whether I put the bag or not ... I never had this kind of hygiene issues but this time it’s like they are doing it intentionally...never had such pathetic experience from online delivery apps...
I am so frustrated and so disappointed by your services....

Worst Customer Support

BBDaily is one of the worst Service with the very worst Customer Service never have. And even their System is one completely cheating the customers. I ordered few items long back at first week of April, which the system allowed me to choose 20+ items and it billed around 3000 Rs. and since I am first time customer and no amount in Wallet, asked me to pay, I did. Then after complete payment it didn’t allow me to place my order and so I conduct Customer support after many tries and came to know it’s only 10 items allowed due to lockdown. I am fine for that and why should they give that caution only after collecting full amount and when there is no withdrawal? The withdraw takes 7-9 days due RBI norms, but is this collecting amount for non buying products comes under what norms? Then I ordered 10 items and requested for the balance, but till now they didn’t process the withdrawal with saying plenty of reasons. It’s now 21 days since I paid and there is no withdrawal request made. So even if they request now, do I get only after 7-9 days? Then they hold my money for 21 days, without any order, where it comes? And the Customer service is the one which never answer rightly, and only automate messages. We too aware of WFH customer services who are doing their best, but none like this worst. No call, no reply, no help, no money. In fact I started to publish this all whereever and want to get this BBDaily punished severely for this.
