Order keeps getting cancelled and customer care says “delivery team decides delivery areas”
My order keeps getting cancelled saying “lockdown and barricading” when the barricading has been removed weeks ago. This is abysmal service and unacceptable behaviour from Ondoor. The customer care failed to redress said complaints stating “delivery team has its reasons”. Uninstalling.

Indeed been using ondoor for a long time. But when we needed it most during lockdown they stopped delivering while all other cities have delivering services. Moreover they say they deliver and orders are taken at 8-9 AM in the Morning. I’ve been trying to place order for more than one hour at the exact timing but their slots are always fool and my many friends and families are also trying but no-one is able to. They do not deliver during crisis and show us like they have a lot of orders. This is fake pathetic and ridiculous. I’ve decided to uninstall it and ask at-least 20 friends and families to do the same and rate it poor.

All the items you order will not be delivered they are always out of stock at the time of delivery but when you order it is there so they will refund the amount in wallet so you have to shop agian from this worst company and if you ordered vegetable or fruits than they will come like you have to throw half of them and either you complain about all the things they will do nothing even if you complain for order 1 time you will never complain for that order next time. Please never do shop from this.
