Horrible App-OTP issues. No support from Backend Team.
I have been trying to place an order for the past three days for a perfume which is on sale but it is just so annoying that you cannot even place an order on the app or the website! I have been continuously trying to “Register/Log In” from my number and my mail. The OTP comes just fine on the phone number but for the email, OTP has not been coming. Which in turn, does not let you log in nor let you place the order.
I have contacted the support team through mail & Instagram as well but the response has been incredibly poor. The team could have simply placed the same order manually and shipped it to me from their warehouse provided that the i had to gift it.
Terrible. Full of bugs
The website never worked properly on a phone and now you have an app which lags and has hell lot of problems while scrolling and loading. Not expected from authorized store.
Bugs Appearing
Since waited for this native app, and seems bugs are getting fixed. As a Parcos user I cannot login or sign in and enter into parcos app, I can see the products and its info, hope the new updates will solve this issue. Thanks.
Bug: OTP appearing and time taking, but once entering the OTP figurers it back and request to sign in.
