App getting crashed - live track
App is getting crashes when pushing live tracking button . Please fix it
Not user friendly
Mobile application has been updated, but the previous version was user friendly than this. There is no Facebook login option and I have lost all my previous tickets history. And while viewing the ticket there was no more details in it. Previous application was displaying more details.
Cancelled a trip an hour prior to departure. Not refunded ticket amount either…
Used to book due to their punctuality. But reliability is poor. Your trip can get cancelled at the last hour also. You have to scramble and find alternatives at a very high premium or reschedule your trip. Did I mention, you also have to forfeit your money which you paid for the trip which “they cancelled” in the last hour.
