Zero customer service

I call up ur call centre and they recommend me to use the app - after I clearly specify the details of my requirement and trip. It displays 2800+ in the app while booking. Madipakkam to melmaruvathur. While dropping the bill shows 4095 and I am expected to pay it without surprise. WHY? Because I booked it under “outstation” category. What the hell was the customer care person doing during my enquiry call by not specifying their “business intricacies” and customer has to pay for it.

Best part is ur call being disconnected by the same customer care again when u try to launch a complaint. THEY JUST DONT WANT TO HEAR U!

I am told to share the booking details so that they can do the needful. I would like to know what that “needful” is ??

Waste

We check the fares on ola and Uber , compare and find this to be cheaper and book our rides but the catch is , the fare get changed while paying them and the amount difference is very huge , when you contact the customer care to report it, via the app help option it will say this telephone number doesn’t exit, I had to google for their call center number, very bad customer service when asked for the explanation, they made some calculations and said there is a difference of 60 rupees and will request the driver to do gpay and they took the gpay number, just an eye wash.
I had a very bad experience with the driver as well, he was supposed to pick me from the children’s hospital, I repeatedly informed him to wait at the entrance as I had two babies and just delivered wife to board the cab but the driver stopped few buildings after and said he can’t reverse , in spite of explaining my situation.
I couldn’t cancel the trip as we had already waited enough and kids were cranky too.
Ola and umber are far better when compared to this, I uninstalled this app soon after this incident.

Very very .....worst cab service

One day I have booked a cab (Driver name karpagamoorthy TN02BF2556).. the ride showed it will arrive in 3minutes.. I waited for 10minutes ..when I called the driver he said he will come in 2minutes.. but he didn’t come .. when I searched for the cab he was luxuriously sitting in a hotel and was having breakfast.. I asked him why should he take a ride when he was about to have food.. he said he had 10minutes to pickup me and u call the customer service and ask them .. when I called the customer care centre they said he will come in another 10minutes irresponsibility...
I don’t know why you people are running a cab service ?????... now I understoood why u failed in cab service ... u will fail again I’m saying if no action is taken against such irresponsible people ... act before storm ...
Don’t download this fast track app people .. waste app and service ..
