Cannot Create Ticket from App

I have been using app from past few months but can’t create any ticket from app. It is always spinning and then nothing. In contact us option it is always clicked on already request is showing. Auto debit didn’t work last EMI hence I paid the amount through IMPS after discussion with support rep and he himself told me to not to worry and ignore about bouncing charges and about additional charges as it was systematic issue, but still after that they put additional charges on my account and increasing it day by day. I am frustrated with these people even after discussing with several people. Send grievance email to particular person he also asked me to pay additional charges which are available on current day. I sent them all the relatives screenshots, Bank Statements all the details which was clearly indicated that auto debit didn’t happen on payment day their system but they are not ready to listen. Some times they ask me to contact the same person who told me to make payment through IMPS and informed me to ignore about additional charges. Mean whenever I am contacting the next person who is not ready to resolve the issue. So my suggestion is use in case if you are ready to face such consequences.

Dual payment and no proper response from team

They have given loan and started calling before due date to pay the payment in application manually. After paying the payment manually again they have deducted the same amount through NACH. And from that date I have tried calling supporting team, sent several mails and raised tickets in application. Every time they say the same thing issue will be resolved with in 7 days but it was not solved every after 20 days. They don’t respond to mails and we will be getting msgs reminding next due date.
It is like they have taken my money and disbursed the same after deducting the processing fees and asking to pay interest for my money in the next due date. After speaking to customer care they will saying like your money is safe with PayMe and you don’t miss the due date otherwise your civil will be effected, I can’t exactly says how long it takes to give back your money but sure it will not take a life time someday PayMe will return back your money.
Thought this is a trusted application but this is a new fraud stealing our money and giving it back. Genuine payers are getting effected with these kind of frauds

I downloaded this app and got the loan and even though there is more than sufficient balance available in my account but the direct debit didn’t happened on time and laid unnecessary penalty charges to me and no customer support available and smartly they are responding with automated messages and asking the customer to raise the tickets from app itself which is not at all considered after raising the ticket and after all the payments done with extra unnecessary charges one day luckily I received a call from the customer support and I shared my experience and they told that they will refund my extra amount but there is no response or call or email till now. There are other app’s available in the App Store which are more better than this pathetic app. I totally won’t recommend this cheating money apps to anyone and please be aware of these consequences before you download and apply.
