Ratings and Reviews
Polished app with a major flaw.
I just recently made a switch to iOS, everything about the photos app seemed very polished and integrated, untill I noticed that every single photo whether camera photos, downloaded wallpaper, random screen-shots, and every photo you save to gallery-gets cumulated in the main album, the only way to access just the camera photos is to go in to photos> go to albums> go to places> toggle grid view.... Really hope apple could add a camera section in the photos app
Need to Have multiple Albums under Hidden Album
We store Multiple photos under hidden album either shots taken from camera or pics from social media.
We need the choice to create multiple albums under the Hidden Album section.
As soon as we select photos and choose Hidden Album, the user has to verify with the Face ID (to protect from anonymous users) and then proceed the user to show the list of albums and an option to create a new album aswell.
This would be the best thing to use the Hidden Album to its fullest usage after adding the option to hide the hidden album from photos with Face ID
Hope this feature roles out with iOS 17.1 with the option to see the album with the name Camera categorized by the iOS in the photos app
Utterly Disappointed
Using photos app on iphone has been very disappointing for me. For starters, replacing camera roll with recents is useless. In such a case creating albums is poitless as we will be having the same photos is album and in recent as well. It becomes worthless to create albums when we cannot organize the pictures taken according to us. My humble request to developers please bring camera roll separate in photos so that only pictures taken with camera appears there and please make possible that when using selected photos albums are created then those photos shouldn’t be there in recents and moved to album created by us. Hence, move photos option is much needed in photos app.
