The thing is your internet service is actually awesome but the app is absolute crap. Don’t know what are you guys even thinking while pushing this thing on to your consumer.

I have been using pioneer Internet connection for last 2 months and I paid the whole package for 7 months. I requested for a change in address one month back. I reached out to branch manager multiple times over texts and sent him address too. But no installation took place yet. Since a week there is no update from the team. I don’t understand while getting the connection the team is very active to take the money and no is being irresponsible to address the concern here. I m a working professional I need Internet to work. Kindly inform if the connection can’t be set up in new address, just return the money. I will go get some other reliable connection. I hope my matter is acknowledged seriously and resolved within next 48hrs.

Their Internet service is awesome. This app is the worst nonsense on the AppStore. Every time you open the app it takes you to the iOS settings page asking you to give it your geo location. Note that this is a home Internet company - so they know my house location already - they just want my Geo location to sell it. The app logs you out every few days. It just cannot keep you logged in. Useless - 0 respect for customer privacy, app developers are working on nonsense features rather than something simple like keeping customers logged in

Before taking the internet services they will call you for hell number of times, once you get the internet service they will not even answer your calls....All fake promises . Don’t even think of taking this internet subscription , complete waste of your valuable money & time......
