Buggy app and very slow

I am using this app from past 2 months. This app is too slow to respond and it’s very buggy. Also it has very limited features. I would expect the app developers to improve its performance and add better features.

Doesn’t let me do anything

I have been trying to pay my gas bill. But when I open the app, it tells me that I would have to update the app from app store to proceed further. When I open app store to get the update, I don’t see any update at all.

There is something wrong here. Please fix it and I’d be open to reconsider my 1 star review.
