Superfast app

This application really helps you to sort all your banking needs at one place that too without going to branch. Easy to manage accounts and getting details of cash or transfer of amount entries is just one click away.. fastest way to create fixed deposit, availing overdraft facility, transfer money to ppf account , check balance and very important digital passbook and statement , and having interest certificates and statements in pdf format. Banking is now become easy and accessible..

Online Deposits can not be closed online or transfer to saving post maturity

What’s the point of keeping online fixed deposit opening module in the app if things are not end to end functional. I can open the fixed deposit online and but on an emergency can’t withdraw it. Also post maturity why I need to visit bank to transfer it savings account. If Auto renewal instruction is not selected then it should be credited to savings account as a normal procedure. And there’s no other option in the app to transfer the deposited fund to savings post maturity. Why I should go to branch & submit manual written application for getting the amount credited to savings and if I need to go to bank physically then what’s the point using or having this application. No quality check was made of this kind of apps before make it live for users. Please look into it otherwise it’s useless.

Barbaad.

We shifted our business banking on advice of our financial consultant from Private to Government bank. We insisted on SBI or BOB, but he told us PNB has improved a lot and become a big bank.

It’s nothing but nightmare. PNB doesn’t have in it DNA to run digital services, from front end staff to back end it’s filled with a superbly inefficient line of staff who have not idea whatsoever about what is happening with their banking system.

Frankly if you very small operation and there is not other bank within 100 miles you will
Have to go to his Bank.

We are trapped as we have just shifted , but now we will change even if it’s a loss of 5/5 lacs to us. These guys are not going to help in your business operation at all, it’s not their concern as no body knows what is Happening.

Avoid at all cost, stay away from
This bank like a you would from a corona patient.

Forget the apps by them, we are making Manual RTGS since last 15 days. They have no Idea of digital business banking orientation. They are only Catering to old world customers, favouring Manual cheque clearings and with non dynamic business processes.

For sure any other bank is better than this bank.

They should actually be diluted and stuck value because of inefficient and over employed and non existent digital banking should be released.

They should be dismantled or sold to HDFC or taken over by SBI.
