Password sync issue within Application and web
Password set through web but app is denied and getting login failed attempt.
Full of bugs in data sync
Worst Insurance app I ever used. Period.
Password reset/sync takes more than hour. No network hospital data available.. unable to view my e-card… why do they even provide the app? Just for name sake?
Login issue
I have changed my password. I can login using that password on web portal but unable on app. I have raised a ticket on web portal but still waiting for their help and it has been 3 days
