Login issue
Each and every time need to login, even while check out why would it require login ??for one order I have to login more than 5 times! If I go back then it will hang, sometimes I won’t get gpay/phonepe payment option. Is that only me having this trouble
Worst ever place to shop
I ordered a stroller and a high chair, both the products I received had manufacturing defect. I placed return request for both, first thing the app showed incorrect updates stating I’ve denied the pick up. Secondly, the stroller was picked up, after incessant follow ups, they issued a refund approximately after 10 days of them receiving the follow up.
The high chair has not yet been picked up, it’s been a month. The customer care here is so dumb, they just keep telling it’ll be picked up and do nothing in this regard. They reply to my emails once every week, on calls also they talk like robots.
Highly not recommended to shop from this place. You’ll just get a mental run around here.
Not Recommended: Do not purchase from R for Rabbit
I strongly advise against purchasing from R for Rabbit. My experience with R for Rabbit has been nothing short of a nightmare. The product I received was of sub standard quality, and my return request from October 10th has been met with constant delays due to their repeated logistical failures. Despite their representative’s promise to update me, I’ve been left in the dark with no follow-up and no refund (Till date I haven’t received my refund). The utter lack of accountability, unacceptable product standards, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make this the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.
