I am a frequent e commerce buyer and i shop from many websites but never have I experienced sucha bad purchase from any bt hopscotch...uggggh .my first purchase was from my hometown back in ranchi the paid packages didnt even attempt to deliver bt the courier service mentioned they tried....i tried reaching your customer care bt such a bad experience there as well you guys dont have any representative to talk to bt go through the pre approved few problems mentioned on your app !!! My husband had to go all way to the courier office and had to pick up my package..that was 4months ago!!!I thought of giving the website another shot bt it failed me again !!!!!!the delivery was not attempted here in delhi also and i am waiting for my package for the last two days !!!!ughhhhhhhhh

Thai is by far the best website for kids I have come across !! Even though it takes a bit of time to deliver some products they are transparent with the delivery dates while buying the products itself !!its mentioned clearly when it will be delivered and Infact it always comes before the given expected delivery date !! Now let me tell you best part of it !! Kids are so unpredictable in growth so sizes become a issue mostly , but whenever I have returned or exchanged they have been so prompt in picking up and issuing refund or exchange !! Within 2 days I get money in my bank account !! Never seen any shopping website do that !! This is one site I can blindly trust. HOPSCOTCH YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!! ARDENT CUSTOMER , Neha !! ❤️

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I returned a product as per their policy, but I still haven’t received my refund. It has been a long time, and there is no proper response from customer support.Also, I had ordered items for a specific occasion, but they were delivered very late — around 20 to 25 days after placing the order. This completely ruined the purpose of my purchase.Their customer service is very poor. They do not provide proper support, and there is no easy option for cancellations. If we return a product, there is no guarantee that we will get a refund, which means customers may end up losing their money.This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online shopping app. Please be careful before purchasing from here. I would not recommend buying anything from this app
