Customer care response was quick but there should be an option to talk to customer care executive

Yup, here i am updating my negative review. Yes they didn’t provide direct customer executive call facility but they replied my mails promptly, And resolved my issue.👍🏻
Here was my original review...
If there was zero or negative star rating available I would have preferred that. You completely misled me. I ordered a partywear suit for my baby which clearly mentioned 7 days return/ exchange on its page. Now after delivery, you are showing no option for return, instead popping a message that this product is non returnable. What are you thinking that we are fools? And worst, there are no way to talk to their customer care executives, out of 3 given numbers ( which are not available on app , you have to search it on google) only one is working that too tell you- is route ki sbhi line vyast h... what a shame... zero ratings. And i will strongly consider to go to even consumer court if forced so

Poor customer service

Hi this is pooja, I raised a complaint 12-15 days ago , I didn’t receive my refund , I’ve call on your customer service number 6-7 times every time your agent told your your issue is been raised and you will receive the return in 72hrs.. I msg on the firstcry app & it’s showing there is no refund request raised in past 30 days, what the hell is this are you’ll making a fool out of me by saying I will receive refund in 72hrs every time .. please don’t test my patience , i am mad to call for my money in every 2 days , really very disappointed by your service, never expected this from Firstcry.. I sop alot on firstcry & also like the product brought till now but the customer is could be so poor that i never thought,i hope by giving this review FirstCry resolve my issue ASAP

Club membership - ponzy scheme

Dont buy their club membership. It is a ponzy scheme 1. First they didnt inform customers that you can only. Hy baby hug and that too just apparels. ( just sold it ) 2. They didnt give last month 1200 voucher even after renewing the membership. The way scheme is designed you can never get it unless you are on your toes to go to the store the very day on which you will receive you coupons. Means 12 times a year. Be on time and rush to the store. 3. They told us that you will get 2000 rs birthday coupon. What we received is 20X 100 coupons to send to friends and family ( 20 people ). What the hell? Why should I be paying for your marketing and putting an effort too. Will never use it anyways. It looks odd to gift people a 100 rs coupon these days Smartly designed scheme to con people

Contacted their customer care 2 time. Escalated the issue upto 2 levels stating that it is unethical. Response received was that this is the way our policy is. You should have read detailed terms and conditions and not believed anyone including their employees. Hilarious but true. First cry is a classical example of an unethical company
