Nailpaint remover leakage
I ordered kajal pencil and nailpaint remover from recode. When i opened my order but not the bubble packing there was fragrance of remover all around. Then i opened bubble pack then huge amount of remover was leaked as there was no sealing of bottle.😖😖😖
Very disappointed from this kind of things from such a growing brand.
Kajal pencil is in pretty packing and also smudge proof for long hours.😊
First order and worst experience ever
I order almost 9000 rupees product with these guys and the quality and packaging was so poor and didn’t match any standards what they claim on social media. I ordered london prime brushes and some other stuff and these brushes came in fungus leather bag. How irresponsible, you don’t even check the products before sending. Even after calling and sending pictures on what’s app, still there’s no one who called or try to fix the problem. Wish I could share pictures here. Definitely not using recode to order anything anymore now. Don’t trust them.
Highly disappointed
I have ordered serum through application. But the product dint received yet. It was supposed to delivery on 24th of Dec. The service is very poor and tried to contact recode team in WhatsApp I have sent multiple messages saying I have not received the product they dint respond properly. They just mentioned complaint has been raised that never gets solved. I request the team to kindly take responsibility until product gets delivered. Highly disappointed
