I have been a loyal user of this email service for almost two decades. For many Indians, including me, this was once one of the most dependable and preferred email platforms. Despite having Gmail and several other accounts, I continued using this as my primary official email because of long-standing trust and familiarity.Unfortunately, the service has not evolved with time. For many years, the app has struggled with delays, non-responsive behaviour, and overall inconsistency. Instead of focusing on improving stability, speed, and reliability—the core functions of an email service—the app keeps adding unrelated features like stock market updates and shopping sections, which only make the interface cluttered and difficult to use.It is disappointing to see how far the quality has fallen, especially after previously iconic services like Rediff Bol. I have genuinely tried to continue using this platform for the last few years, hoping for improvements, but the experience has only worsened. I was even willing to pay for a premium storage plan, but it is offered only to business users, not individual loyal customers.At this point, I have begun moving all my important communication to another email provider. I truly hope the team realises that to compete with the real players, they need to prioritise reliability, modernisation, and customer experience over unnecessary features.A once-great service that urgently needs a complete revamp.

Ux has never been a strong point for rediff, but I stand with it because of *clean mailbox and *negligible spam. However this new ui *forcing UPI registration* seems to be testing the patience. You are late to party so please don’t force ppl to join by blocking mail access with UPI banner. If you want ppl to register on your UPI give them compelling features.

The Rediff App is a great blend of simplicity and performance. The interface is clean, crisp, and easy to navigate. It’s impressively fast, which makes checking updates a smooth experience. What I really like is how everything is in one place — news, emails, and market/stock updates — all accessible in just one click. True to its legacy, Rediff has delivered a reliable and efficient app, including a solid payment experience. Definitely a handy all-in-one app for daily use.

Love the new Rediffmail app! Having email, news updates that actually grab my attention, and easy bill payments (like Fastag and electricity!) all in one place is a lifesaver. The email is way better now. Still waiting on photo backup, but overall, it's a fantastic and super handy app! Highly recommend giving it a try.
