I have taken the service twice from Salontym and I’m totally satisfied from the service and the professionals was also very polite and respectful from now I will only use this Beauty service app only it’s really affordable also must try….

Pathetic and unprofessional service

I was always a fan of urban company but since salontym was offering the same services in my budget, I opted for body messaging and nail filing combo. The person arrived late, which was okay because I was excited for the service. Body massage was for 1 hour but she only did it for 20 minutes at most (I checked the time) and then started filing my nails, the filer was not at all working, when she applied nailpaint I had to literally tell her to check again because she was spilling thick amount of it over my nails (she applied thick layer) and she did not even bother to clean the paint which spreaded over my skin. That’s it she went home and I checked the package again, which said 1 hour of body massage. I will never book another service from Salontym. I even called them up and there was no response. Urbancompany is expensive but they have great services and their professional set up a soothing environment so you feel relaxed. On the other hand, Salontym guys rush to get home. I hate their services. Please don’t waste your money. You will regret it, I promise. And they literally tell the customers to rate their services as 5 stars to get a discount next time. When I asked for a discount for my second service the representative started being rude.

Highly unprofessional people

I booked a service for myself but no body appeared for the service. The moment I selected the package to my cart I received the call from their operational team regarding the package. They contacted me on whatsapp afterwards. And nobody showed up for the service at my home. They seem to be scammers. Later they apologised for the same and rescheduled my service for the next day but again this thing happened nobody showed up. They wasted my entire day again the other day by keeping me on wait. They do not even bother to inform the client that their staff is not going to come Highly Highly unprofessional people I must say. It seems like a fraudulent app totally. I would not ever recommend anybody. Even one star is more than enough for this app.
