The service is good
The service is good. However, avataar should remove the pictures situation completely. You should not be taking clients pictures. I had to request to jot take pictures. They did listen to me. The therapist are good, well trained. Complete the sessions well. I likes the home service. They also have good offers at times. You should reduce the package for other procedures also
Worst after sale service and customer support
I think the shark tank has wasted there money on avataar, the avataar is unable to handle their customers, i have been trying to book my laser session since 2 weeks and i dont know what is happening in avataar. The people handling customer service are useless, the management is pathetic, they have multiple mobile numbers and u cant find the right one, i mean its really annoying that i cant even book my session online, and if i have booked no one cares to confirm the booking on the particular day. They dont even care to call and confirm the call. I have been requesting to an employee to book my appointment but the people in avataar are not professionals. Its a total mess up thing, they are unable to handle and treat their customers.
Not worth spending that much money
After checking ao many positive reviews and then seeing them on Shark tank, i thought of giving it a try...
I am a person with different skin issues... I opted for Derma revive facial hoping to see atleast some change in my skin...
Sadly, it was a total wastage of 4700 rs... First of all they have almost doubled their prices after they got a chance to come on shark tank... Secondly i don't think it was worth all that money...
I am sure if i get a normal facial that cost around 2000 rs, i will get better results...
Yes, they did ask me to go for atleast 3-4 sittings and i was willing to do so if only i could see any difference after first sitting...
