Instant collagen boost facial
I recently had the Insta Collagen Boost Facial at Avataar Skincare, and it was my first service with them. My experience was amazing! The service provided was excellent. She explained each step before proceeding and was very polite throughout. I had an incredible experience and would definitely recommend this facial. It's a must-try!
Worst Brand to trust
I was constantly called for 3-4 days by their agents convincing me to buy their facials and not just a single session but 6 sessions altogether. Though I chose just one session in the beginning, the agent forced me to pay for the services beforehand. The therapist called me half an hour before my services telling me it would take her another 2 hours to reach my location. For further assistance, I asked them to assign me another therapist which they refused. They told me to shift my bookings to another day and said that the money would not be refunded(only on cancelling before 3 hours they refund your amount)but fortunately I haven't paid for it. They are just promising much more than they can deliver. Such a flop of management and services. Complete gimmick using Shark Tank ads all over. Other competitors are way better and respectful of one's time.
Worst after sale service and customer support
I think the shark tank has wasted there money on avataar, the avataar is unable to handle their customers, i have been trying to book my laser session since 2 weeks and i dont know what is happening in avataar. The people handling customer service are useless, the management is pathetic, they have multiple mobile numbers and u cant find the right one, i mean its really annoying that i cant even book my session online, and if i have booked no one cares to confirm the booking on the particular day. They dont even care to call and confirm the call. I have been requesting to an employee to book my appointment but the people in avataar are not professionals. Its a total mess up thing, they are unable to handle and treat their customers.
