Samsung Smart Switch Mobile 4+

Spent whole night to transfer the whatsapp chats from iphone to A54, it transfered few chats later completely vanished.
It can transfer only contacts, notes, photos and videos that too will disconnect in the middle of the process.
Now, planning to go back to iphone itself to retrieve my data.

When moving data from iPhone to Galaxy, Whatsapp's data is supported when moving through a wired connection.
It would be a good idea to move the data through a wired connection once again.
Also, if you have backed up your data through iTunes on your iPhone PC, you can restore the backup data through Smart Switch PC. This restore data also contains the data of Whatsapp.
If you follow the guide and update the content with a review, we will try to make it a better service after checking the content.

Plz add feature of transfer WhatsApp and WhatsApp business data

Dear Customer, This is Smart Switch team.

When restoring from Wired, you can move WhatsApp conversations/photos data via Smart Switch to iPhone->Galaxy.
If your WhatsApp data is not restored even after restoring by phone, please contact us via email (sswitch.cs@samsung.com).

However, in the case of the WhatsApp Business app, please note that the data will not be restored.

I have tried 15 times to transfer data from iPhone 12 pro to Samsung galaxy S24 ultra through smart switch app.

Every time i have reset my phone and used original data cable and same wifi on both devices and no interference.

Never received full WhatsApp data. Sometime it’s shows 1 minutes left after 99.9% transfer and will not complete transfer even you wait for another day. Sometime it transfers contact only or photo or video.

Never transferred full data from iPhone to Samsung s24 ultra.

Don’t waste your time with this useless service.
Go for paid apps.
