Ordered a table as it looked good on the app catalogue. Was supposed to be ‘dispatched’ in a 7 days with delivery date of 14 days. After 4 weeks of follow up, they informed it’ll take another 2 weeks to deliver. I requested cancellation. They refuse to refund my order now. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FROM THESE GUYS. It’s a TRAP. They won’t send your product and won’t refund your money. The guys on phone will keep saying we will help you and escalate the issue to ‘senior management’ and ask to drop a mail. The mail response is a standard copy paste that we will send your product soon and don’t have a refund policy. TOTAL FRAUD!!
