For the amount of data collected from the users, there is insufficient display of information to enable users to make an informed decision. Details about Profiles are very sketchy. Incomplete background details about the family. Family background and work details of parents being not available lead to frustration in making such an important decision. The search tool bar allows only SH Profile ID search. Direct name search feature is totally lacking.

If you have already paid before downloading this app, which comes as instructions, then congrats, you lost your money to set of people who would try to act as if they are working hard enough to provide you with best match and get you married as you don’t have time or you couldn’t find a match from along time. So much experience they claim to have by the sales team who would not respond to your refund requests after you have paid, and also the relationship manager tagged to you would be sending you matches which you may have already seen on your paid subscription and not sent request to as they don’t meet your criteria.
They don’t do anything. That’s the best softer language I could use here for feedback despite the incompetence of relationship manager who has been tagged to me. Pathetic.

I had a truly disappointing experience with this service. Initially, I purchased a Premium membership for 6,000 rupees, but all the matches I received seemed disinterested and ghosted me after collecting my pictures and bio data. After a few weeks, their sales team contacted me, promising that if I upgraded to their Select Shaadi service, I would get a better response rate and have a personal advisor who would cater to my preferences. However, I went through three different advisors, and none of them fulfilled their promises. Regrettably, I didn't read the reviews beforehand, and I ended up spending an additional 15,000 rupees on this service. It's disheartening to see them exploiting people's emotions for profit. I would strongly advise against using this app, as it not only leads to financial losses but also emotional distress.
