I've been using this shadi app for a few months now, and I am really impressed with the experience. The app is user-friendly, and the interface is easy to navigate. This is gonna be long, so read through the entire description of the pathetic attitude you guys have towards your customers to whom you charge extraorbitant amount of money. I don’t know why I even paid so much to just add more stress for myself. 1. No follow ups to previous complain : After complaining multiple times before and offcourse no action taken as well and only promises in air. I see no activities / follow ups for days. I do remember a time when there was no activity for 15 days for which I complained and was promised a 15 days extension which was again not given. Seems like a good part time job for the entire team. Same is the case now. I don’t see any willingness or genuineness to help your customers whom you charged 40k for 4 months. 2. Not adhering to requirements mentioned: Have been explaining my requirements for whole while now but seems like it goes to deaf ears. Just recommend anyone and everyone and claim that you are doing your job. 3. Pathetic Service : I think I don’t need to elaborate more on this, would never ever recommend anyone to even spend a single rupee on this service. I regret the day I brought this service and wasted my hard earned money. So much so that I have lost any interest to even interact with you guys because it’s just waste of energy. I know no actions would be taken even now, but wasted money is a bigger concern and no one should do that for this kinda service.

I’ve given a single star only to be able to submit a review. This has been a disappointing service. I registered my sister after paying 30k for 3 months and while registering I was told that there are profiles matching her requirements. Post on boarding they made us change our criteria, didn’t find more than 5 matches in our city - Mumbai. The consultant didn’t respond to our queries in the last week and didnt follow up. Avoid this service completely. They also deleted the previous review I had posted, so I doubt their authenticity. On escalating my concerns and sharing the feedback no action was taken. Other portals are better. Even this app despite being separate from the regular Shaadi app is not useful. It’ll provide selected info about the prospect and you’ll have to search for the prospect on the regular app based on his/her profile ID. They’ll lure you into opting for this service only to offer you prospects that you could anyway View with a regular paid membership. And as far as the consultant is concerned, she may not understand your requirements at all. She’ll Max provide 3 prospects per week- all of whom aren’t anyway matching you. I would recommend to avoid this service completely. It’s a scam.

They are good for nothing and don’t do anything to pitch their customers to potential partners. They will just pick random profiles and send you 2-3 profiles every week just to get done with their commitment and that is of no use to be honest. I can myself browse through 1000s of profiles on the app with their cheaper subscriptions. The only reason I opt for VIP Subscription is to have them follow up with the profiles that I am interested in. While the match happening is not in their hands, the least they are expected to do is to follow up with at least 2-3 shortlisted profiles every week and try to highlight our strong points to them so that they understand the other person and then revert with their reply themselves. They on the other hand do nothing at all. You have to shortlist profiles yourself and send those to them. Then you have to run behind these people to just get a reply on whether the other party is interested or not. Don’t fall for their trap. Marriage will happen when it’s supposed to happen. Paying them your hard earned money will just make your heart ache and not be fruitful in any sort of way.
