You can order them through this app and once you have logged in you will find various products. If you are unable to use the app you can call to their customer care and they will guide with process . Trust me they are just so amazing with regards to the quantity, quality and packaging . Firstly talking about the packaging . It’s top notch, leakage proof and can be reusable later on . They are nicely sealed . Talking about the products . Curd is super thick , creamy and tasty . It can be consumed with any dish and can be used to make various dishes . I totally loved the paneer . It was rich in texture , and spongy soft . about the ghee , it super high in quality , smells divine . I have tried making popcorn with paneer and it turned really delicious all thanks to sids farm for such high quality paneer . The prices are quite reasonable so you may choose to order from them with out a second thought . You can choose the dates and time on the app to get them delivered as per your convenience. You can order their products not only on their own website or app but also they sell their products on others websites like bigbasket etc . So you can totally check them out . They absolutely swear by delivering fresh products, it may be cow or buffalo products .

One of the strange apps ever made, if you add any of products in the cart it will automatically disappear later and then suddenly item will be placed for order even there’s no money added in the wallet and after a day or more you’ll receive a message that you need to pay for the product. However, there will be no notifications for the delivery of the product and neither you’ll receive any confirmation or call when this will get delivered. Meanwhile, if you have tried calling customer care they will simply respond that it’s been escalated and will tell us they’ll call back with the outcome. Again, a few days later will get a message stating that the product has been delivered to your address. That’s the tricky part thing is you’ll not even know when this has been delivered. So if you again go back to them saying there isn’t any product got delivered. Just casually they respond saying please check your CCTV footage and get back to us for them look into. Pathetic service and irresponsible delivery methods. Once you place orders from this app, you should be 24/7 vigilant to take up with this ridiculous team.
