I am giving this review after experiencing the services for more than a month. I am extremely happy with the paralegal team support during harassment situation. Frequent customer service support keeps a check whether things are being taken care well or not. Though Legal team a takes some time to respond. Otherwise rest all is good. I was earlier reluctant but now happy with their services.

1. They took my last payment in September2. Then they gave the excuse of their payment portal is not working3. In Nov 2024 their payment portal starts working then they do not pay anything to my creditors4. I gave them time and followed up again on Dec 2024 and they kept promising that they will pay the creditors 5. Jan 2025 they say that they adjust the payment with Oct, Nov, Dec 2024 due to non-payment6. I told them that they did not pay my creditors since Sep 2024 so they should do that and I will start paying. 7. These fraudsters said that my last payment is a forfeit and keeps calling me to pay them again!8. Their account manager does not follow up and does not pay the creditors. The account manager only follows up when they need money9. They are not customer oriented and they cannot handle any customers when the customers are frustrated as they are unable to pay the creditors10. When I asked them to return my money they refusedWhy will I pay if they do not clear my creditors’ money?Why will I pay when they fail their commitment?Why will they not return my money when they cannot clear my creditors’ payment?

Very disappointing experience. I paid around ₹30,000 based on the promises made during onboarding, but I did not receive the expected support. There was no proper handling of creditor calls, no visible negotiation progress, and no meaningful legal assistance.Despite enrolling in their program, recovery agents continued visiting my home and I had to deal with the stress alone. Communication from their side was extremely poor and I received no clear updates about my case.I would strongly advise others to not enroll with this company.
