App does not work properly
The product are fantastic i have been using the skin product and i am seeing the difference
However the app has a lot of flaws it never work properly as well as they need to work on their website also that also never work properly which make difficult to order
It worked wonderfully for my skin and hair
The products are amazing and I just love using them but the only complaint is that the app isn’t working on my phone and it’s a bit tedious to again and again open the site on google chrome and find the products
Fraudulent application
It has been more than 12 hours since I have placed the order and after transaction was completed from banks end I haven’t received any order confirmation. So ideally I don’t have any order number neither anything else to track and the worst part is automated support team which doesn’t have any option to listen to my grievance. Every contact number is not reachable. I hope the team listens to my issue here and reverts with a resolution
