Messages not working in the app
Everything is working fine except the “Messages” section in the app. When we click on messages, the app completely disappears and we are unable to view/send any messages from/to the school. Please fix the issue at the earliest since it’s very important for the parents to regularly check the messages communicated by the school.
Sync Issue
Messages are not getting updated real time. Also after refreshing messages are not updating.
Notification
I’m not getting notifications of the messages coming in the app. I have enabled all notification option but still not alert.
It’s difficult that we have to open the app each time to check for new messages
Kindly fix this ASAP
