I tried so many time to connect Smart pro sync app but it always displays as no blutooth and wifi connected even I have a succussfull connecttion

Never connects to the Car
The app is useless, it never connects to the car. There are no instructions, information about how to connect.
The SmartPlay Sync app connects properly but this doesn’t. Maruti doesn’t know what it takes to make a user friendly app.
Never connecting to a car
I tried so many times to connect but it always display bluetooth connection problem but i connected my phone to bluetooth connection.
