Snapdeal Seller 17+

There is lots of bugs and issue in this app. Dear sellers, we are sharing our 2 months of selling experience on sd, No doubt you will get good number of orders. But the 40% of orders are from fake buyer and not from genuine buyers. So you will get large no of orders return and seller will be charger logistic fee for undelivered return. Lots of scams running on sd, buyers will return wrong products and logistics partners will change packaging and deliver wrong items in return. Beware!!!!!! Regards, db traders pvt ltd

I tried to process my order , i pressed add to print button 1st but order didnt get processed that time...my mistake out of stock button got pressed and i was asked by a pop up ....if i want to cancel the order i clearly pressed NO option but still my order got cancelled. I tried reaching seller support immediately but couldn’t not as there is no support available.
So the app has so much problem which snapdeal is not ready to accept. Instead of getting the order processed in one go and also instead of me typing NO still my order got cancelled .
Snapdeal called up after 7 hours and not understanding the issue..they are charging unnecessary CANCELLATION CHARGES despite of having issues in thr app.
I am deleting my account on snapdeal as its useless to work with a company which doesn’t understand their own application’s issues. Its a pathetic company to work with.

In Snapdeal, the Best part is payments are done in a weeks’ time and no hidden amount is charged for anything. It has got every basic functionality which makes it a perfect platform for selling things online all over India. I can make a quick edit to listings on the go. I have never faced any issues with their logistics team as they are highly professional. I recommend this App to all sellers.
