This is a reliable and trustworthy app for your poochmates. Since moving to Bangalore, I was very apprehensive after watching certain disturbing news of walkers misbehaving or stealing the pets. I raised my concerns to Mr Austin (Operation head) and he has certainly alleviated them. The walkers for my pooches Mr Ravi and Mr Chandra are very good and I can see the excitement of my buddies for the walks. This app also allows me to track their walks in real time and reach out to the walkers during the walks. Furthermore, the team of Sploot especially Mr Amandeep promptly responds to any of my queries. I cannot be grateful to the team of Sploot for their smooth operations and customer relations. Of course pretty cost effective and credible in comparison to other available apps.

The only good thing about slot is that the walker that I have is very professional and regular. The most irritating part is the application. From the time it has gone through an update, it does not take the weekly plan renewal as accurate as possible. Every time I try to renew my subscription, it will say there is no available grooming services where I am trying to renew my walking services. Even if I manage to go and renew the services, it just does not die back to the old one that I have a generate as a new request. I have to call every week Tulu to get my payment done. When try to contact, I was informed this is happening only on weekly plans. So I think this is companies way of not accepting plans and pushing customers for monthly plans. I have shared screenshot I have shared steps. I have shared my issues, but nothing seems to fix this entire thing. Whosoever has made changes to your application is a useless fellow, and you should just throw him out.

I have been using Sploot for the past 10 days as I have purchased their monthly walking subscription. While the app is great in terms of tracking your dog’s walk, monitoring their time of walk, and engaging with the community of other users, I’m unhappy with the operations - in a city like Bangalore where rains are common, the walker is not provided any rain-covers or protective gears for use during rains. That causes consistent delays in walker arriving to my location. Further, I believe I’m a sole user of the walking services in my area because they do not have any replacement walker available - seems unusual for a business to rely only on a single walker for the entire area with at least 10+ high-rise societies and sizeable population of pets. Writing an app review to see if this feedback can be taken by the app owners and operations teams as their customer support is not helpful.

I’ve been using the sploot app for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer as a dog parent. The community is super supportive and active — it feels like a safe space where I can share, ask questions, and connect with other dog lovers.Recently booked a grooming session for my dog, Simba, through the app and it was awesome! The groomer was professional, patient, and made Simba feel super comfortable. He came back looking and smelling amazing.Big shoutout to the sploot team for building something so thoughtful for pet parents. Highly recommend it to anyone with a furry buddy!
