Star Health Wellness is a comprehensive wellness application that helps track and improve your health status, interact with a wellness team and participate in wellness programs. These programs help in facilitating lifestyle changes that can significantly reduce the impact of chronic diseases and non-communicable diseases on overall health and well-being.
Wellness Coaches from Star Health will guide you via the app to improve your health through simple changes in your diet, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and mindfulness. The Condition Management Program currently spans six areas which include diabetes mellitus, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, weight management and mental health.
This app or program will not interfere with your physician's treatment plans and is a complementary plan that will help bring out the best health outcomes.

Saved my life
The corporate wellness program got my tests done a few days ago and I received some alarming metrics for my blood pressure and sugar levels. I was able to take timely precautions and I got started on medication before the situation turned worse. I want to thank the entire team for saving my life as I would have surely ended up in the hospital if their tests had not been done.
