Not able to book an appointment

Hi Team, I have raised this concern multiple times that I am not able to book an outpatient appointment when I click on the insured person and after that it asked for the active policy when there is option to select the speciality of doctor like paediatrician or gynaecologist. I’m not able to do it and also I’m not able to select the location so whenever I try to find any doctor I’m not able to find on the app.

Kindly avoid using star health’s policy

The worst experience ever… my dad got a surgery done and he was fine post surgery and the doctor discharged him… around evening 5.30pm of feb 10th discharge summary and all details was been submitted to star health…now the time is 6.45 am of feb 11th.., nothing happened till now and since he is been discharged he wont be considered as a patient here anymore nor he can’t go to home waiting since yesterday after packing all his stuff telling bye to everyone.., its been mentally pressure to him too along with the whole family… we have been trying to the customer care service team who are acting so cold.. telling technical error .. wait for 1 hour, half an hour , till 6am now its wait till 7.30 am….. is this the way they treat their policy member..?? Very pathetic… the team just want money from us., once its time to return they just treat us like nothing…. Please DO NOT CHOOSE STAR HEALTH… this is my own experience… and writing this so that there are things happening like this too…
Note: it is mandatory to give minimum of one star that is the reason for giving one star … they don’t deserve star… more than 10 years they are taking our money and when it comes to give us back they are behaving like this…

Both policy and their support is disappointing

The support team has been unhelpful. My mother underwent hernia surgery in March 2024. I'm aware that surgery costs cannot be claimed within the first two years of the policy. The two-year mark will be reached in July 2024, and I'm skeptical about renewing the policy due to its disappointing terms and conditions. Since it was an emergency, we had to proceed with the hernia knot removal due to severe pain. However, the support team outright denied covering any charges. Denying surgery charges was acceptable but the medical bills, room rent, etc too were denied. You need to understand the reason why people register for insurance policies. Emergencies are unpredictable, and it's disheartening when insurance policies fail to provide necessary coverage. You've lost a customer. There's no incentive to continue paying their yearly premiums or renewing the policy. Their support team is proactively asking to submit the claim, but they're also stating that it will be rejected since these charges are not covered. Wish I could get the policy premium refund amount of 2 years paid to these unprofessional folks. Extremely disappointed!
