Superb App with assured rewards
I have been regularly using the SuperJ app and answering their succinct surveys which gives me assured rewards in the form of coupons or even cash!! They are also one of the few apps I use which do not collect unwanted data and scramble my info while storing it.
Buggy app with non existent customer service
The app is super buggy! It freezes often. I have faced the issue multiple times now. On the last question of the survey, when I choose any answer and tap on Next, nothing happens. If I skip the survey, it never comes back for me for retake. This is frustrating. Tried to send message via Contact Us form. The button keeps spinning on submit and nothing happens. I was able to send a request for help through the web page but till date no one has bothered to reply. Overall a bogus app which can be easily skipped.
