Great service
I had multiple issues regarding my orders in the beginning and that was a fault from my side since I ordered too many products at once. But i emailed them and they resolved my issues with kindness and patience. I will never be more thankful to them.
And their products always arrive in perfect condition, they have a variety of products with the best price ever
The food delivered was expired and received no refunds!!
DO NOT BUY DOG FOOD JUST BECAUSE ITS CHEAPER! THEY SELL EXPIRED FOOD!! I had ordered pedigree pro for my 8 yo german shepherd, and when i poured some food in his bowl i saw a worm in it! On checking the packing i realised it was all spoilt and had other insects on it! I emailed them and instead of giving a refund immediately they waited for me to send them the manufacturing and expiration dates!! And realised the food was expired a month ago!! They sell food without checking the expiration date. Hence maybe the discount. After this i have lost all trust on the platform and would rather pay double for a fresh food rather than this! Disgusting service.
Bad services
I have ordered 5 times from their site. They offer freebies with their orders.
The toys I ordered thrice , all came with defects. Had to go through mails and refund requests.
The food I received free, had worms in them. They said it was manufacturers fault and not theirs.
The fifth time when I was speculating to order, placing the item on hold in the cart, I received a call from their executive. She said that their quality check had improved and there would be no issue. So gave them a chance. Received the product in a bad packaging, with dirt and pen marks on it.
Would request you guys to think twice before ordering from them.
