App update error while opening
I am getting update warning when I open the app, once clicked on update it redirects to app store and in app store instead of update it is showing as open and it goes round and round.

Asking for update even i just downloaded a fresh app
I was waiting for this app from really long, i have submitted the app idea a year ago, right now i am using iPhone 13 latest updates and this app is keep asking me to update to the new version but there is no new version available, so there is a bug on the home-screen, update popup should not show.

Please test your app before pushing update
When I tried to check the customer care number within your app I find that numbers are flipped between NRI and domestic customer. Then Your AI enabled chat has problem, it closes the chat if response is delayed beyond 15 sec where as your AI assistant take their own sweet time to respond which is in range on 45 Sec to over 2 min
