Worst app ever

I purchased a 6 months package and my account was logged out by itself and now it is not logging in…I tried to recover the password but it’s showing your mobile number is invalid, then I tried to reset the device…still it is not happening… when I tried logging in with my password and filled the mobile number column, it shows that this column must not be empty… I mean what the hell is this…what should I do now😠😠

Unable to login

I had purchased previous year questions and it is automatically logged out and password is showing invalid even I tried to recover my password through forgot password but i m not receiving any password in my registered mobile number i tried to reach for help in help number but they are also not responding neither in text nor in call worst experience ever
