The Laundry Basket 4+

I came bangalore 3 months back & have tried 3 different laundry services but was not satisfied for quality of laundry & Services. Since last month I am using TLB & am amazed to see their professionalism and trust they have showcased.
Now, I leave my clothes on doorstep and go office with convenience. TLB ensure timely pickup, send me detailed bill on email and deliver clothes in 3 working days in well condition.

Well first their pick up guy doesn’t come with weighing scale.
Nor he is able to tell anything about the cost etc or inclusion.
Mistakenly if you’ve used any other app and are familiar with the normal terms of online laundry, you end up choosing wash and press, you’re gone!!!
Their press in this is chargeable per cloth.
The best part is nobody will consider this as a difference from industry standard and they will just send in the bill and not inform in advance.
Legitimately nothing wrong, you definitely can fool 1.5 billion+ people of india at least once and you can still run your business well.
Icing on the cake is, when u discover that things aren’t as per your expectation which is right after you get the billing info mail from them; you call them and ask them not to do anything and return the clothes as it is; they say ur clothes are washed!!!!
Even if you’re ready to pay for the pick n drop charges, there is no way you will get your clothes back now!!!!

Just in few hours of pick up my clothes washed also with no intimation of how much it weighed and how much costed etc.. all washed!!!

Now do u have any option????
If you want your clothes back, you better pay as they want!!!
This is called making the customer captive forcefully!!!!

You book an appointment. They will keep delaying the pick up. So many calls are required. They don’t come in the appointed time slot. They will say if I can I will come else I will come tomorrow. What is the point of having time slots if those can’t be catered to. After repeatedly telling I have to go to work, I won’t be able to give the laundry at 10:30 he is telling me I’ll come by then. I mean if a customer is available then it is ok. But the slot selection is so that it is ensured that a customer is available at the time of pick up.

Horrible customer service. No escalation. Plus nobody comes with weighing scale. I pay what they ask. I don’t really know how much my clothes weigh actually.

Washing wise haven’t found any issue. But they have misplaced 2 blankets of mine and havenot responded back despite asking. This blanket incident was at the Indiranagar outlet.
And pick up and delivery delay issue I faced in Kormangla, Indiranagar and Marathahalli outlets.
