Prices of the clothes are now exclusive of the taxes I.e now u pay more than MRP
I was a total fanboy of the Souled Store but from last week, they have excluded product price from GST. It means if the product price is 1099, when you add it in cart, after applying GST the total price which you have to pay goes up to 1250. This is very cheap from souled store. Prices were inclusive of taxes but somehow The Souled Store thinks to make more money from their customers by keeping the product price same but excluding GST. If they wanted to exclude GST fr their product prices then they should have also reduced the product prices. Instead they kept the product prices same and also added GST to the total price.
THIS WAY YOU ARE ACTUALLY PAYING MORE THAN THE MRP OF THE PRODUCT.
Very disappointed and cheap move from such a big and so called home grown brand.
My ultimate shopping destination is The Souled Store
My mom started buying products from the souled store for me , since 2019 and i became fan of the brand they make such an amazing products from oversized T-shirt to sweatshirt jackets cargo jeans etc , the souled store products are top notch when it comes to quality, I am a huge superhero fan and I can’t find any othe shopping app which can even be 20 percent of the souled store , I bought soo many items from the souled store and my mom bought countless items for me from the souled store and rit now I have more than 200 products from the souled store and all thanks to my mom and the souled store .
Super bad experience, app not loading even after 5 mins
Dear souled store,
Your soul ‘app’ is terrible experience. Thought to buy some cool oversized but you have lost your customer just because of the app.
Should have hired better people for the job
The app first loads, UI is ok ok not so capturing
But the experience is bad.
1 when you open app 1 st time, you ask for a big form with first name last name email phone number gender and all. The. Below a I see there are logon by Google Facebook etc. these options should be on top
2 when I got in 3 -4 images loaded until 5 mins, but rest are just not appearing. Now you will say your network is not fast enough so I checked speed it’s 82 MBPS. Isn’t that enough 🙈
3 images not loading is very small problem because I don’t need images to purchase after looking at the image but but but when I clicked on Hardik’s collection app changed the page but nothing loaded only your ghost was coming out and going in main hole again n again n forever
4 so I waited 5 hours so that this must be an issue and they will be working and some solution would be deployed but same happened after 5 hour
Guys this is killing your potential sale. At least hire some better IT professionals who know how to make light weight app. There are 100s of app now which are smaller brand then yours but have awesome app. It’s not a new thing. But if you ignore this now you will keep your stock in you nice big warehouse forever!
