I am not able to transfer my own money from TJSB account to some other bank account, when try to transfer amount, it always give you ‘Technical Error’ message. What is the use of this app if it is not in use when in need. Not sure if bank still want customers to visit bank to transfer money and to follow typical paper work process. This app is Not Trustworthy, it can give you an error anytime.

This app must get award in slowest app category.Potential issues:1. You will get OTP only when your starts are bright.2. Once you login then user see everything blank. This is classic example of worst UI-UX. Why don’t figma designed is such way so that user can see more relevant information in their account on startup screen?3. To see last statement need to click 4 button.4. If you click on logout then app keep on spinning and no successful logout.5. Only this bank charges for IMPS. Why?

After deadline service is not yet started. I don’t have my login id, even trying to activate with my customer id but my number and mail address is totally different than actual. Very disappointing. Not able to do the banking.

Worst so far, unable to select the from bank when attempting to make payment to other account
