Not allowing to book ticket in iOS 12 version
I have tried to book a ticket in iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 12 version, application is not allowing to book the ticket. After I selected the payment mode it is showing as session timed out, even though I logged in just before also. Even I tried to enter the credentials also, app is continuously refreshing it is not allowing to enter the details.
Even it is not allowing to login with my credentials also, it is continuously showing as invalid user name and password message.
Worst app
Trust me, I have installed, used and reviewed many apps from various categories, but this the worst of all. How could apple even consider to place it in their store?
Problem with password. No clear direction and user interface. Upon registration it sent me an otp via email and when I entered the otp it prompted me saying that the password had already expired and so I decided to try another way i.e to try forgot password and when I selected the option it emailed me the same password that i used and when i tried doing that again, it said password has been expired. What is the objective of the app? What is it trying to prompt?
Poor interface !
No clear functionality !
Not user friendly!
