I use i phone but app is not at all supporting in i phones however i understand the value of rating so gave 5 star coz urban clap proved me great support but the application needs so many fixing in iphone
Head Office Person Offensive Behaviour
Someone from Head office of Urban Company Called me and asked u or another person gone to deliver the service i said him i m the only person and after he shared me the photo which i forget to start the job and click the photo on customer place so i did it by coming back home the photo was messy because i m not in that situation to click good picture by coming back home !i was on 100 temperature i was trying to explain the situation to that person he didn’t listen to me and talked to me so rudely and not so good that any men cannot talk to a women like this so ashamed of this plz in future assign a female head officer to talk with the female partners hardly request🙏
Complain on invoice update
Same problem was happened to me as selfie was not working properly and iam getting too much irritation while ending the jobs because when the customer booked me for drill and hang purpose , system again ask me to add drill and hang in update option for sending the invoice to the customer for confirmation why………..? Customer already confirm and they know about it that they booked for drilling I don’t why this happen anyways plss change this option and put directly mark done option then it will give relax to all the partners
