I lost 18k to this app.
I booked a hotel and decided to cancel it after 5 minutes due to distance from airport issues. They have a feature of refund calculator while getting refund. The refund calculator showed me full refund of 18k . But that never came to my account. After few days I gave a call to customer care regarding my refund. They said the hotel policy is zero refund. I spoke to them for more than over 20 times explaining about the refund calculator because of which I cancelled the booking but every time they just said sorry they can’t help. Although it’s an app for faujis. Please don’t trust them blindly . They are there to make business. Take screenshots and records everything. Better use other apps which take care of their regular customers.

Worst Customer Service
I request all please do not install this apps even pls do not book from udchalo.. I experienced very poor service from team udchalo. I haven’t received my refund amount for cancelled flight it has been three month. So many times I contact Udchalo Customer care through phone or email they said pls wait another one week...
Therefore I request all pls do not book flight from Udchalo You will be trouble in refund...
I recommended book from only official airline site.. You can book in defence quota from airline official site too..
