UrbanPro for Learners is an app that helps you find top Tutors, Trainers or Institutes near you.
1. Post a learning need: You can post a learning need for any category such as Tuition's (Nursery-KG, Classes 1 to 12, College or University), Hobby Classes (Dance, Vocal Music, Guitar, Yoga, Cooking etc), Languages (Spoken English, French, German, Hindi etc), IT Courses (Microsoft Excel, SAP, Python etc), Exam Prep (UGC NET, UPSC, IIT JEE,
2. Search & Compare: You can browse the profiles of the Tutors and check the experience, availability and reviews shared by their past students. You can also find an UrbanPro Rating (on a scale of 1 to 5) that is a system-generated rating based on the relative popularity of that Tutor in the categories they cater to.
3. Shortlist & Contact: If you like a profile, you can contact them directly by calling or messaging them. You may also shortlist the profiles and check them later on ‘Search/Shortlist’ screen. You can call or message the Tutor by clicking on the Call/Message icons on the profile screens.
There is also a ‘Learn’ tab for all Learners to:
Access assigned eLearning courses and train anywhere, anytime
Take Tests and assignments as configured in the course
Take online classes with the tutor
Chat with the tutor to clear any doubts and receive broadcast messages from Tutors.

This app is very good app & very useful to the learners like me . I was very amazed & delighted as I got a recording of my class just after I finished my class. It was a very wonderful experience. This app also provides notifications before starting the class . This is how this app is very effective & professional. Actually I was struggling for a good tutor but this app provided me verity of tutors & live demo for free & so on . In face government should support such a proper education network. Pathetic company
Urbanpro is a very pathetic company I have ever worked with, I am a tutor “premium member “ on their platform and they keep on disrespecting their tutors who pay them and that is because their company is earning
Very disgusting company, whenever I want to contact them, they made it so difficult even for the “ premium members “ to contact them, they only have chat support system that too also they reply after 24 hrs and also do not resolve our problem, also they forcefully take money from you and then take no responsibility, I will never suggest any one to become a member of this company, very pathetic service and not respecting tutors, they just only want to earn lots of money and not even considering that one is able to avail their profit on not, by paying “huge money”
They do not have call facility and not even replying on chat, so this made me forced to write this review on the App Store so that if someone is planning to connect with them, so just get aware by reading this review

Only two issues but useful app
Everything is good but 3 very fundamental issues :-
1)Urban pro team only calls when there is sale but never calls when there is a service related problem . They have no call support to address issues but they have very good call service regarding sales and marketing .when there is a issue there is only a email and chat support option which is very slow and effort consuming .
2) The initial commision that urban pro takes of ₹1200 is fine . But for future classes 20 -25 % commision is very high . For regular old students the commision can be lowered . The initial commision of ₹1200 is completely alright .
3) Application is slow and glitchy . Also the app has vast room for improvement and simplification.
Overall the app is a very good initiative and has huge potential to grow . The application will surely be a success if the foundation of the company is laid in a ethical and non controlling manner .
