UrbanPro for Tutors 4+

My journey started with Urbanpro in August 2019. The first few months were too difficult for me to find the best leads for me. After 6 months, I got better results from the app,got better deals and I build satisfying reviews. In the pandemic, we got so much support from urbanpro for genuine leads. Of course, I spent money on packages, but received so many genuine contacts. Due to this company, today my institute has been saved. now our profile is on 1st rank for animation and multimedia courses in Pune city without any paid promotion. i want to say that please focus on your teaching and tecquines. please do not consider you can earn money from every leads. I want to say huge thanks to every team member of Urbanpro. I hope urbanpro will support every tutor for his aim. Note: this is my personal experience with Urbanpro, not any paid advertisement or promotion.

Everything is good but 4 very fundamental issues :-

1)Urban pro team only calls when there is sale but never calls when there is a service related problem . They have no call support to address issues but they have very good call service regarding sales and marketing when there is a issue there is only a email and chat support option which is very slow and effort consuming .

2) The initial commision that urban pro takes of ₹1200 is fine . But for future classes 20 -25 % commision is very high . For regular old students the commision can be lowered . The initial commision of ₹1200 is completely alright .

3) Application is slow and glitchy . Also the app has vast room for improvement and simplification.

4) The virtual call facility makes student think that it is a spam call and they do not pickup .

Overall the app is a very good initiative and has huge potential to grow . The application will surely be a success if the foundation of the company is laid in a ethical and non controlling manner .

Hello Rishiraj, as per discussion with one of our support team member, hope your issue is addressed - Team UrbanPro.

I installed this app a week ago via a friend, apparently they ask you to pay 590₹ for better network and give 800coins Since that i have to call each enquiry where 36 coins are deducted everytime. On top of it most of these so called 'learners' do not even pick up my call nor respond to my chat which is odd since the enquiry has been posted by them on same day. Note - i have also received call from a fraudster who got my number via this app and wanted to take the call outside platform. My friend had similar experiences on this app Jyoti and Anuj the customer executives weren't being helpful at all when i asked refund and also denied the fact that my personal number had been shared with people who are just fooling around or have no intentions to learn anything but to waste my time and money. The calling to customer servie is not even available. Everytime you try to speak to them via chat they have same scripted responses to give. I do now know if this app is genuine but this app is pathetic.
