Few important points

1- address doesn’t not detect properly even after mentioning the main landmark.
2- there are many a times when the address is detected properly but in finally address it shows something else.
3- many delivery boy keep asking for the address even after mentioning everything. It gets very annoying especially when you are at work.
4- the most important point. I have come across many delivery boys who pickup the parcel and then tells me to cancel the pick up so that they take the entire amount. I feel it’s a cheating towards you people who are making our life easier. Many a times i do not cancel it but there are times I have done it when I need a urgent delivery.
5- I have also come across delivery boys who comes to pickup and then tells us to call them personally next time.

You need to come up with some thing where these delivery boy does not cheat you all. May be like putting a PIN number once they pickup the parcel, if we cancel the order within a certain time then we are chargeable(unless there is a valid reason) or making us speak to the customer service. I don’t know I’m just giving you guys an example. Keeping a track of your delivery boys are very important. They telling us to cancel the delivery is a risk for us as our parcel is with them and it’s a fraud to you also as they are they the entire amount for themselves whereas they are getting delivery order from your app.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and taken some swift action.

Worst experience, Lost my garment, pathetic customer care service.

I own a fashion boutique, i used this app to deliver my clients garment, "so called name Wefast", Should be called as (WELOST).
1. The wefast boy comes to collect a parcel & requested me to cancel it, so that he gets the full amount, n when i denied to cancel it he took the parcel n i paid him the amount what showed me in the application, and the delivery time was showng 1hour, when he left, after half n hour i started calling him because in map it was showing he has stop somewere, n after calling him ampule amount of times then he recve the calls and say i've lost the garment, (pls mujhe maaf krdo), n wen i took the help of customer care service there was no response, in help chat, u get 1reply in 2hours, then wen i told them abt the courier boy lost my garment, they askd for the bill and my account details, n wen i shared the bill to them, after that i didn't got any reply from their side, they are fraud, they don't care about the customer, it was a big losss for me, Pls do no use this app, No guaranty of anything, my garment got lost, i had to listen so much from my customer, & even i paid the courier charges that also gone.

Address does not detect properly

Address for to and from are not detected properly, very few options to choose and confirm. Often location changes. We enter correct address in comment section, that is not visible to rider or they are not aware how to check. They call many times then to confirm and try to find location, same thing at point of delivery; becomes very inconvenient and it is not rider’s fault. App needs to be upgraded to recognise residential addresses better

Further payment is deducted from our end at time of order on card but not reached rider even by time of delivery so he again panics and starts calling that his payment hasn’t reached him. System needs to be more seamless!
