I like your app’s interface, but it could be improved by adding more details about the solar panels, such as the voltage from the panels. Additionally, the load on solar and battery should always be visible on the main screen, not hidden. The solar graph should remain permanently available, and when the mains is available, it should display additional information like solar voltage etcAlso, why is only one device allowed to log in at a time? I want my father to be able to check the data daily, but when I log in, it says the device is already logged in. Please consider addressing these issues.

Additionally we have provided share product feature & by using it you can share product with your fathers account in app.

App is very user-friendly thnkyou vguard developer team. I have solsmart 1500Mppt. There are some important features which should be added to this app. 1. Grid to solar & solar to grid shifting setting according to battery %.( Problem At night, even though the battery has a lot of charge, it gets shifted to the grid and during the day there is a loss of solar energy because the battery is already charged.) 2. On solar battery charging ampere customisation.( The problem is that if I have installed a 1 kW solar panel and if the load in the house becomes zero during the day, it starts charging the battery at approximately 60 amperes. it's dengerous for battery health, this can be dangerous for anyone) 3.Grid charging on/off option.

Dear valued V-Guard customer,1. Keep Power saver switch in Max mode (inverter backside),Disable Daytime Load usage (Smart page > Reserve power saver),Set Night forced cut time from 6pm as per load.2. If issue persists, log a complaint/share details in Quick Help or call 1860 180 3000. 3. We prioritize charging the battery using solar power.Grid charging starts only if battery is weak & solar is insufficient.
Good but needs improvements

The app is unresponsive at times while setup. I am using it for a smart plug on my old geyser, I want to start and run a stop timer but the timer can only be set in hours and not minutes, which is not useful in my case. I also tried to use the loop timer but for some reason it turns off the second time I use it. The demo mode is quite useful and the interface is also decent. I would request the designers if something can be fixed at the app end to use my smart plug more smartly

We recommend checking the signal strength or using a Wi-Fi extender for better connectivity. The hour-based timer is designed for quick and easy use.
