WaterToHome 4+

This is a worst app I have ever experienced, because-
1) every time you want to use the app it practically ask you to start scratch that is from registration page.
2) since it always star from registration any previous paid booking would have a risk as this app doesn’t send you any confirmation either by text or email for the confirmation of order & payment
3) externally slow
4) the most frustrating aspect is it ask you to fix the address from map, when you try to adjust it to proper location it doesn’t response at all, hence you have to restart from scratch, even after 5th time attempt of my second order I couldn’t yet place my order and my home is running without water.
5) Never expected such a horrible experience from brand like Kinley

This app has been life changing for me. Ordering water for my home & office has never been so seamless and easy.
First to talk of the water itself, this is the first brand in my experience where the taste of the 20 litre Kinley bottle is exactly the same as the 1 litre Kinley bottle. After trying all brands from Aquafina to Bisleri, I’m so glad Kinley has developed this app. Secondly the quality of the water bottle itself is unmatched. The bottles are very clean and strong and there is no fear about plastic and dust particles leaking into the dispenser and into the water. Special thanks to my Kinley sales representative Mr. Pavan Sharma who has been very helpful in assisting me to order the water and also exchanging 20 litre bottles of other companies. I have recommended all my friends and relatives to download this app!

I have tried to create order two times, and both the times it deducted the amount 390₹ and was stuck on a page With “Payment Succeeded” and “Loading...” at the bottom, weighted for long time but no redirection to app.
Now when I check the order history there is no orders, but money is deducted(I had use UPI both times)
