Quite Impressive

So I had to deliver something from Delhi to Noida, while looking for options I found this in App Store and with a quick google search I found out it’s a knew startup, so I gave it a chance!I have to say I am quite impressed! Everything went on time and the best thing was they gave some tear resistant cover to put my thing in it and seal it! This is what impressed me the most as with Dunzo you just hand over the thing to them and that is not as secure as this!Kudos to the team! Will be using this whenever I need to send some stuff within city now!

Not recommended for deliveries at all

The team is highly irresponsible and unprofessional. They promise same day delivery but it’s completely useless as they take 5-6 hours to deliver one package. I have sent food related deliveries multiple times and despite knowing that it’s food that can turn bad if exposed in this humid weather for long, they deliver the package after minimum 4 hours. Pidge focuses on taking a hundred orders per day only to deliver the products in an untimely manner. Their team is highly inefficient too. They only take business from the established companies and do not support small businesses. I have called them multiple times to connect me to the business for subscription of their deliveries but they never called until yesterday after 2 months. The person who called me was also highly lost and had no knowledge of their own products. She told me that she’ll call me again in 5 business days but I’m extremely sure that this won’t happen for the next 2 months like it did earlier.

Reliable delivery service

Recently I used Pidge's secure courier service to deliver a packet of food items. The delivery guy was following proper safety precautions to collect and deliver the item. The packet was sanitized and the item was sealed inside a tamper proof packet that was provided by the delivery boy. The pickup and delivery was on time. I sent the item from Gurgaon to Noida which I tracked live on the Pidge mobile app. The pickup and delivery was also verified by OTPs which one has to provide to the delivery guy to start and complete the activity. Overall a very nice experience.

The most unreliable delivery app

The courier reached my house at 4:15 pm to make up my items. I had to get them delivered at an office and the driver took the items and ends up reaching the office precisely 4 hours later. Meanwhile the app gave me a delivery estimate of 6:50 pm and reached at 8:50 pm. And when I told the customer care service about my issue and told them to return my items and will never use this app again they told me to get my items back I have to book the driver again otherwise they will keep my items. Anyway I’ve told them to keep the items as I won’t be bothered to use this app again. If you need anything delivered honestly do yourself a favour and use some reliable delivery service.
